Unlike mass-produced products, our items require significant time, care, and attention to detail throughout the production process. Because of this, all products sold through our website are offered as pre-order items unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Products

All of our products are clearly labeled as PRE-ORDER ITEMS throughout our website, product descriptions, and checkout process.

This designation exists because products are not sitting on a warehouse shelf waiting to ship. Each item is individually created after an order is placed and enters our production queue based on order volume.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a handmade pre-order product and not an item available for immediate shipment.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the high volume of orders we receive, production and processing may take approximately:
